Before we get into the details, I might as well admit that I have an eyewear fetish. To me, fashion is as important in my life as breathing, laughing and being alive, so I started this blog to share my thoughts with you, knowing that there are others like me out there who express themselves through their own personal style. For some people, it’s shoes. For me, it’s eyewear. I can be a completely different person each and every day, depending on how I feel when I wake up. Don’t get me wrong, I love shoes – I just happen to identify more closely with what’s on my face. It’s what people see first when they meet me, and it’s what I see when I look in the mirror. I don’t want to be walking around looking at my feet all day, and I don’t expect you to, either.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and just completed both my Master of Science in Management and Master of Human Resource Leadership. I am a Professional Merchandiser and have worked with some of the nation’s most elite retailers.

In other words: I get to live my passion every single day, and get paid for it too.

A little bit about where I come from: I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and though I love to travel, home is where the heart is. I’ve always known exactly what I wanted to do, and I think I’ve crafted a pretty awesome life around fashion and style. My philosophy is all about being authentic, and discovering new things about myself every single day. After all, it’s my life, why should I be like anybody else? To me, personal style isn’t just about what you’re wearing, it’s about who you are as a person, your words and deeds, and the choices that you make. Helping other people discover their own personal style is also one of my passions, so I hope you’ll come along for the ride and discover a little bit about your own self along the way.

See life your way,
