To be fit and healthy – these are common goals for many people. However, its achievement is not as easy as it seems. There are many temptations – to eat junk foods, to be too lazy to exercise and to be engaged in unhealthy activities. More often than not, you will end up giving in. With this, Motivate to Inspire is here to help you. My account envisions being an agent of change for many people. I want to motivate you to change for the better, and in turn, be an inspiration for other people. 

 

I know that the journey is not going to be easy. The road to a fitter and healthier version of you will be challenging, and the results will not be evident overnight. I am here to extend a helping hand. Through my posts, I seek to help you to be motivated so that you can stay on track, despite the temptations to be derailed of your goal.
